Shoved TPTK against passive fish in MTT freeroll

Not sure if freeroll discussions belong here, please let me know if they don't.
My HUD doesn't work with MTTs so I'll have to describe stats by feel.
We start off with 5000 players, 125bb each, blinds double every 10 min, this situation is in the middle of level 3. I have 55 bb, villain has about 75bb.
I'm paying attention and have somewhat of a read on villain so far: calls up to 6x or 5x PFR regardless of his or raiser's position, never raises big, but I never got to see his hand to showdown. So I think in summary he's a really passive fish, loose to call PFRs, will chase until the turn, but folds thereafter. Keep in mind that in these tournaments, you see a lot of people shoving with hands like QJo and even complete crap sometimes.
I get dealt AQo in CO, raise it 4.5x, villain is the only caller in SB.
Flop is AT5r. Villain bets the pot, I call with intent to raise on turn.
Turn is a 3. Villain bets the pot, I min-reraise, which puts me all in, villain calls.

Villain shows T5 for the best hand, two pair. River is a 3. Villian wins, I'm knocked out of the tournament.
My thoughts before making the call: "Villain's range is really wide because he's a passive fish, I know that. He never bets big but he did here, but I'm thinking he has a weak ace and thinks he's good. He may have flopped a set or a two-pair with his wide range but I can't wait for better spots forever"
Am I thinking correctly? Should I have waited for a better spot?
Would love to hear what you guys think and hopefully improve.
