Shove or flat? Shove or flat?

My question is, should i just shove the flop or call to induce? Against this OP i think he's capable of folding 10x, JJ, QQ so by shoving i hope for him to call with something worse.... But by calling i keep all his air in, hands like JJ, QQ think there ahead and 10x will give me extra money.... I dont expect alot of Ax's in his range. On the turn i think its a kinda straight forward fold going off his betsizing, OP after all is a reg..... Oppinions are welcome

When you bet call this flop after 3betting his utg open, your range is mostly overpairs so I doubt you can expect him to keep bluffing unless he's an aggro monkey.

ya villain doesnt leave himself with very much to shove with on the river, its pretty much a suicide bluff if he is doing it....looks more like value.

I would most likely make my decision if villain is capable of c/r flops wih overs and semi-bluffs...

Is he capable of betting scare cards on the turn??

Most likely looks like value cause of bet sizing, Ace turn also hits his UTG range quite a bit.

So he pretty much polarizes, I think there is more value in his range then bluffs now the Ace hits and he is taking a value line here.

Sorry I am missing something...

You 3bet pre, then cbet, get raised and you call his raise on the flop, but when you turn your A you fold?

What card were you hoping to come on the turn after calling his flop raise? that you would have bet?

AFter you flat his flop raise he won't be very likely to continue to bluff (your callingrange after his raise is very strong). Also Tx would high likely just call flop.
He is much more likley to have JJ or maybe QQ and those are hardly folding.

Also, IF he has a hand like Tx he might levels himself into calling your flop3bet (you could have AK,AQs)

He has KK not AK, any non-ace he'd probably have continued. Ace turns most air hands into much stronger hands.

I.e. he has AT...now he has Aces and Tens. AK now has Aces.

OP was kinda tricky so i was expecting him to keep bluffing with his air on the turn. If he shoved the turn i was calling 100%......... I dont think theres much of a difference between shoving and calling in ev wise tbh.

shove flop. the best way to beat tricky players is not to be tricky yourself. You play strong hands straightfoward and they level themselves into thinking they are underrepped/you are trying to outplay them/ etc.

also you need to be shoving this flop with KK to balance the times you want to do it with JQ/etc.

If the board was dryer then I think a call on the flop is better, but due to it being a wet board I think shoving is the best play.

Shove after flop.

Board shows a potential straight and if he is open he will run to the end probably no matter what you bet.

Set's are always an option here post flop, but if you drag it out you are giving him two more opportunities to make a hand.

Might as well push and leave the decision to him.

Assume he has TPTK and is trying to scare you off the wet board? I doubt he would call shove with TPTK.

All options lead to a shove post flop to me.
