On the river how many Qx are in villains range? he can have AQ (4combos , maybe KQs (1combo , and QQ (1combo) ? I think a large portion of villains range is missed Ax with the small chance of TT,JJ,KK,AA. should we bet for value on river or check and hope to induce a bluff from villain's missed Ax? how often is he checking the turn with his premium hands though?

definitely bet, not sure about your sizings, but you have valuebets worse than Q, so i think mid sized bet makes sense

meh, he's a fish, might inelastically call A high, might have 99 and might check it, might check turn with overpairs cos flushy scary, just go 75% pot or something.

Villain will certainly xb AA-KK here as well as some made flushes, so we cannot bet too large.
