Question about Minimum Raise

Player2 Big Blind 80 all-in

Does anyone know what Player3’s call amount and minimum raise amount are? Based on online...
Postflop, I think it would be a call amount of 80 and a minimum raise of 180.
I don't know what will happen if the big blind gets screwed like that.

Yep. Call amount is 100; min raise is 200. Technically the blinds did not change just because the player posting the BB has a stack smaller than the big blind amount. Obviously if there is more than one caller, there will be a side pot containing 20 from each caller. Main pot will be 80 from each player entering (assuming nobody has a stack smaller than 80. Also 50 from the SB if he folds).
