QQ vs fishy Lag, river situation WTD?

so played this for some mintues ago and i thougth this spot was wierd so really what to do here on the river?
for some info: just joined the game so didnt had any read, execpt that he had value bet second pair once on a paired board and was playin kinda mainiac ich. if please tell if ive should have procceded in another line here?, and what kind of range do we put villian on here? is it a clear fold? or call?
