Thoughts on my shove? Is a fold ever justified here?

can fold vs nits, can go with high check freq on a board like this which favors UTG a bit I think

You shouldn't bet the flop and as played you can fold without the bfdf

Bet fold flop, against a range of ahkh,khqh,khjh,jhth,qhjh,9sts,9ctc,9dtd,9hth,66,77 ,88,7c8c,7d8d,8h9h you have 22,24% equity, and in my experience this is not a spot where villain is going to spew it off with a hand like 99-jj but if he would you have 46% equity but you wont see those hands often enough to get it in here.

As for your question a fold is always justified here.
