I think 16 hands is too little volume to know anything about him, but considering his bet sizes on turn/river he might be a recreational.

Turn we always call and river I would just fold. Being honest I don't think the raise makes much sense here, he probably had top-pair + doing that and will certainly call your bluff.

Fold river as played. If he's a rec there's a good chance he calls with any pair. They generally don't donk rivers with air, raising them with air I've found to be very negative ev.

Yes he call with QT.. I only represent KJ and AQ maybe.. This move has more ev vs a regular I think but is a risly move because we dont represent too much combos
