villain = solid player, aggressive

Hero = LAG image. 8% 3bet. Willing to mix it up.

130BB deep

Pre (1.5BB) Hero is on the CO w/ A7
three folds, Hero bets 2.5, BTN calls, SB folds BB folds

Flop (6 BB) 564
Hero checks, BTN bets 2.5BB, Hero calls

Turn (11BB) 3
Hero checks, BTN bets 7BB, Hero raises to 20BB, BTN raises to 50BB Hero calls

River (110BB) 5
Hero shoves 75BB

I c/call flop because villain is pretty aggro, and I don't want to get raised on the flop while I think I have decent calling odds, and villain isn't always betting into the turn

on the turn, with that many draws, I think villain is capable of bluffing a draw. I'm not happy about the 4bet, but we are deeper, and I have seen villain bluff before, so I call, planning on evaluating and leaning towards c/folding most cards . . .

. . . except a . I don't think villain ever has a full house based on turn play, and I think I might be able to get villain off a straight or a flush, since I hold the nut blocker. Villain is good enough to fold the top of his range against the nuts IMO. I would shove all my nuts here also, since villain is checking behind a ton with most of his made hands.

Also, how many times am i running into a straight flush here? Enough to worry about it?

Do you x/r a boat ott? If so, I'd consider putting your money to better use such as fuel for a campfire.

more worried about 78 on turn. That would be totally consistent with his line.

What about brokenstars advice to GII on turn?

Why are we never bluffing the river?

You mean a set?

If I had enough dynamic. Probably would have c/raised the flop with a set. But it is so wet, that I think I could be doing this with a pretty wide range once I get to the turn, so if I could get there with a set and even back door FDs are in my range considering he gave me such a good price on flop, yeah my range is wide I think. He knows this. At least he should. Though sets have so much value in calling, I think.

x/c turn and a bunch of rivers, because there are so many hands he can turn into bluffs here and I don't feel like there is any need to get into ******ed leveling wars on a board where it's very possible for him to never be bluffing once you bet and you would check/give up a lot of worse value hands yourself.

78cc isn't a straight flush fwiw
