Common spot: What is the average range you are happy stacking off with from the BB when faced with a SB open?

So - SB opens and you don't have a great read (or you have them as a pretty typical regular). You choose to 3-bet for value and they 4-bet.

What are you shoving for value? (if the poll doesn't include your ideal range, just pick the range that's closest to your ideal one. I hope that makes sense).

4,7% hands is my choice. Could also include 99 but AJ seems pretty thin imo.
Aren't some hands better to call the 4bet with like TT-JJ and AQ? Or are we in general better off 5bet shoving them?

I play 10nlz atm and wouldnt feel comfortable stacking off TT-JJ and AQ in any positions tbh. (100bb vs regs/unknowns)

BvB im generally getting it in for value with QQ+ AK, calling 4bet with TT-JJ AJ-AQ as a default. And 5bet bluffing stuff like 22-33 and KQo (obv villian specific).

Does this seem ok?

I only shove QQ+/AK+ and call with JJ.

4.7% range is just really bad at micro's.

Only QQ+ and AK. I don't 3Bet so much in the BB though, preferring to call more instead to maximise my positional advantage with a higher SPR.

I disagree with your disagreement. In what situation would it be good assuming we don't have a great read on our opponent? Because that's what the question is saying.

I'm not saying 5bet bluff unknowns, do it in spots where you think its profitable, prime eg: In late positions vs villian who 4bet bluffs a lot with blockers.

Obviously pick your spots I never said do it without info/read. I just think a 5bet bluff range is required at 10nl and higher when regs start getting better and have larger samples on you.

As I say at 2-5nl you can probably get away with it, and is probably more profitable to not have a 5bet bluff range. But think it should def be part of your arsenal any higher.

Yeah without reads you have to have a 5bet range. But not until 25nl atleast.
