I prefer to bet 33% or X/R on the flop.

Bet/Call on the Turn. We don't get calls from worse hands.

Yeah our hand doesn't have the required equity to 3b jam turn just call.

Also if we using this big sizing on the flop we are definitely going to have to check this hand at a pretty decent frequency
