Been on this site for the better part of my adult life and here we are 16 years after I joined and we've come so far that I now... have to watch a 30 second advertisement for medicare in order to look at a hand history.

I agree the responses around here can sometimes be trolly, it's a hallmark of this site. Don't sweat it. But in this case he wasn't really wrong.
Preflop can be a 3-bet rather than a flat. I'm generally 3-bet or fold unless I have a really good reason for flatting, and I'm not seeing it.
Against large flop bets our raising frequency should go down. If he bet 1/2 pot or less by all means raise away. Your hand is strong enough that either call or raise is fine, but that bet size is repping a value portion of the range that is ahead of you right now.
Turn is a bad card for you and you have less than 1.5x pot left. You have 3 options that all have pros and cons. Shove is probably the worst option since you only get called by hands that beat you, although you might occasionally get called by KJ/QJ. Bet small for equity denial/protection. Like $15. I don't hate it, it can get you a free showdown. Check and realize your equity.
You somehow chose the option of bet pot leaving behind a laughably small SPR for the river. That option shouldn't be in your game tree. Gotta pay attention to stack sizes here.
River just check back when you whiff and hope you're good.
And please just post the text version of these hands.
