Payouts:
Less than 12 players
1st: 60%
2nd: 40%
>=12 players:
1st: 50%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 20%
Last Place Penalty Explained
In both cases, last place would pay 1st place an additional amount worth half the league buy-in and second-to-last place would pay 2nd place an additional amount worth one-quarter the league buy-in (we would collect this as part of the upfront buy-in amount and then refund everyone else at the end of the season)

Max Moves: No maximum
Max Acquisitions per Week: No maximum
Max Trades: No maximum
Trade Reject Time: 2 days
Trade End Date: March 3, 2011
Waiver Time: 2 days
Trade Review: If more than half the league vetoes on the league msg board, the commish will veto the trade.

Stat Categories: FG%, FT%, 3PTM, PTS, REB, AST, ST, BLK, TO
