I would fold to the 3-bet pre.
Call OTF is fine.
The raise OTT feels like torching money. What are you hoping for? That villain folds AJ? But according to your read they'd probably check that OTT. An "not overly aggressive" player has 3-bet preflop and bet OTF and OTT on a broadway heavy board. That screams strength.

Finally, when you post hands, don't post results. In this case, you can stop the action after villain's bet OTT, or after your raise.

I mean its not bad because you have a ton of equity, but you didn't need to do this. You are IP and you are trying to bluff an uncapped range.

I'd call again and fold to river. If he checks I think you have a good bluff candidate depending on the river.
