Simply trying to figure you, this site, how to book, your initial post looking for action, etc, out. Im Not sour one bit nor do I really care. Its 50 bucks man, i could care less if you or me escrow the money.

Your initial post asking for action said. You were looking for action against LA at -1 And that you would escrow to regs (it specified nothing for what non regs should do to take your action against). So if I came along and simply quoted it and said "booked, I want LA +1" WHAT WOULD OF HAPPEND NEXT? Would we of been booked? Was it me asking for escrow that made you not want my action? I only stated for you to send escrow cause it was mentioned in your comment when you asked for games you wanted. Should I of just wrote "booked and quoted it in my reply" Would we of been booked at that point"? there was no directions for non regs.

why not clog with drama, i clog with asking for 3-4 bets a day and no one ever books. How can one become a reg? if no one books with new people to get them credibility and to that reg" status?

Nobody bestows the title of 'reg' on you. Some people have been here since the thread started. Others just bet regularly and have a long history of bets with no negative comments or issues. But sorry, nobody is going to trust someone new to the thread with 100 posts. Scams, unfortunately, are a fact of life here. People are being more cautious than usual due to recent scams. There is a good post in HSNL talking about the inevitability of scams, but how it's a decent risk compared to juice saved for active posters.

If you're asking how people will bet with you with no escrow - that's different. Either someone well known on the thread vouches for you; or you just bet and escrow to people...over and over and over again. If you want action, send escrow. Could be weeks or months, but when someone eventually feels comfortable with you, they may stop asking for escrow. Then others may follow. There are no hard and fast rules, it just happens.

I've made a few bets in HSNL and escrowed each time. If I wanted to book there again, I'd expect to escrow again. I don't feel slighted by it, if I want the action, I escrow, period. In this thread, with most people in here I have bet with several times and we have a 2-way comfort level. Still, someone can ask me for escrow in here anytime and I can choose to do it, or not take the action. Nobody is putting a gun to anyone's head.

Your other question, 'what would have happened next' if you just tried to book his bet...well, typically when 2 non regs want to bet, they either agree to no escrow, or ask a trusted 3rd party to hold the money. If you quoted him as 'booked' he could have confirmed, asked for escrow, or asked to use a 3rd party, or just said no action. But you didn't, you told him the bet was only booked if he escrowed. In the future, feel free to PM the person and discuss before quoting/booking. Saves a lot of clutter.

And no reason to call him a 'child' - looks like he handled it fine to me, while you have an attitude and some weird sense of desperation/entitlement.

If you are new, you gotta escrow. If you are new, and are betting with another new person, and still want to escrow, just ask a reg thats around to hold the money.
