if he had 3k in his account right now, i would much more like him to actually just send me my percentage of what he has, and than get on a payment plan and just pay me back that way. maybe poker is his only source for money, and he has to try and run it up. but what if he busts this out, what does he do now...? he would have 0 rep on 2p2 (and most likely on good searches as well) and he could never get a stake. hell, if he just came in here and paid back right away and said "i ****ed up guys, i only got 3k of it" and he could show me a legit rush graph, i would prolly stake him to get the money back...
