Wasn't intending to. Just happened to come across a guy who started out like half a year ago and instantly became a crusher at 50NL which doesn't seem like too easy of a stake to start crushing at without any previous experience, imo. Of course, given the sample size it might be just variance but his red line is not heading south also.

May be it doesn't bother most of the guys here who play above 100NL but to me it seemed quite suspicious. Sorry if it's the wrong thread to discuss such things.

There are other sites than just PS where he could've been playing before.

No no, it's fine to post stuff here, it's just that there are a lot of differences between this guy and most of the others that keep getting banned. The stats are miles off, It's not out of the realms of possibility that it could be a bot but some of these stats seem very far away from what you should expect a computer assisted person to play like. To the point where stuff like his low 3 bet almost certainly is just someone massively bumhunting rather than being a bot.

The win rate is ridiculous, It wouldn't surprise me if something else was funny about this account (chip dumping?!) i dunno, but I think there's way more chance that he is just putting in 50 hands/hr bumhunting rather than be a bot.

Yes, have you? The easiest way to find your T&Cs is Client s/ware > Help > Information > Terms & Conditions > which opens a browser tab with the heading [for me in the UK anyway] "PokerStars, BetStars and Full Tilt Online Software End User License Agreement" [EULA]

Your EULA varies depending on if your s/ware is for a .eu, .uk, .es, .fr, .com etc. licence so it's not much use asking others if they've read theirs without knowing what their particular licence is. IMO what's really important to read isn't the EULA so much as the Privacy Policy that applies to your licence ~ you'll find a link to the PP inside your EULA

For my .uk licence they're here:
EULA: https://www.pokerstars.uk/poker/room/tos/
PP: https://www.pokerstars.uk/poker/room/privacy/
It's worth noting from the PP [depending on your region/licence of course] these parts: "Information Sharing, Disclosures and Recipients", "Limits of Confidentiality" and "Legally Required Disclosures"

In my case the only major update to the EULA is the use from now on of the same "Stars ID" for PokerStars, Full Tilt, BetStars & the mobile s/ware app

I also found these bits interesting although they're NOT all new additions:

You have agreed that Rational Group can use 12 month inactive [not logged in] user account balance monies as they see fit, although those monies will obviously still appear in your account, they are no longer appearing in the accounts as "user's deposits" - this seems like good sense to me:
Quote:
10.10 In the event that your User account is “inactive” [i.e. you have not logged into your User account for a consecutive 12 month period], monies deposited by you in your User account will not be "User's Deposits" and will not be protected by our player deposit trust protection arrangements but will be immediately available to you for withdrawal or to use on the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. From such time as you log into your inactive User account such deposits will be automatically reclassified as "User's Deposits”
This is very good to know & obviously it varies by licence:

12. DISPUTES

12.2 The UK Gambling Commission requires its licensees to put into effect a written procedure for handling customer complaints and disputes and to provide information about that procedure to Users in their terms and conditions. This complaints and disputes procedure does not in any way restrict the right of Users to bring proceedings against Rational Group in any court of competent jurisdiction and will only be binding upon the parties where they agree that it should be so. Rational Group complaints and disputes procedure is as follows, and is entirely free of charge to Users:

STEP 1: Users should contact our customer service team at the corresponding email address as applicable support@pokerstars.uk or support@uk.fulltilt.com (for poker and casino related complaints) or support@betstars.uk (for sports betting complaints) and provide as much detail about their complaint as they are able.

STEP 2: If our customer service team cannot resolve the complaint to your satisfaction and the complaint relates to the outcome of a gambling transaction, Users may refer the dispute for independent dispute resolution.

Our third-party dispute resolution provider is IBAS and can be contacted at: adjudication@ibas-uk.co.uk. Users wishing to avail themselves of this service may also consult the IBAS website for more information at: http://www.ibas-uk.co.uk.

Users are entitled to receive a copy of this procedure on request or upon the making of a complaint. Users should note that the complaints may be rejected where the arbitrator considers them to be groundless or malicious and that a ‘complaint’ is where a User is dissatisfied with any aspect of Rational Group’s conduct of its licensed activities and that a ‘dispute’ is an unresolved complaint about the outcome of a User’s gambling transaction with Rational Group. Users acknowledge that Rational Group is required by regulation to provide information about each complaint made referred to The UK Gambling Commission.

Alternatively, if you remain dissatisfied with the resolution of your complaint after interacting with our customer support team, you may refer to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform. For more information please visit their website here, and follow the guidance provided to log your complaint
This seems like is a definite improvement although I was under the impression from the popup in the PokerStars s/ware [wrongly I think] that Rational would be sending out notifications of all EULA changes from now on, but it seems that we have to actually notice for ourselves that it's posted somewhere on a Rational Group site somewhere. I'm going to email them & ask how this system works exactly & I'll report back

13. AMENDMENT

Rational Group reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement or any part thereof at any time. Notice shall be provided to you on the Sites or via other means before such changes come into effect and you will be bound by such amended Agreement with immediate effect from the posting date...
I think this is interesting [& not new] & I assume it's mainly so that Rational Group can replay interesting online final tables etc.
Quote:
1.6 You warrant that any names or images used by you in connection with the Site or Service (for example, your user name and avatar) shall not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party. You hereby grant Rational Social and its Group a worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, royalty free, sublicensable licence to use such names and images for any purpose connected with the Sites or Service, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy
