Me too I have a problem with the import: only 25% of the hands I play are in HEM... :/
I use HG 2.15 so I don't know what to do...

I tried to uninstall/reinstall but it's the same problem !

Don't know what to do, and for the moment I cannot play... Thx Lucky Ace poker... When will they make their own HH system for god sake?

If someone has an idea to fix this problem, tell me!

What is going on now... I've used v. 2.6.1 for a long time and today it stopped working. Every single time it crashes after just a few hands.

So I downloaded 2.15 and I have the same problem as everyone else (~2/3 of the HH's are incomplete).

Are you guys using the newest beta (21 or 22) of HEM? Is it only observed hands that don't get imported or also hand you played yourself?

Edit1 I'm using Hand Grabber 2.14 and I think it is grabbing all (or almost all) the hands I play or observe. So revert back to 2.14 if 2.15 is causing problems.
HEM 1.08 beta 21 or 22 on the other hand has some kind of glitch in observed hands settings I think (all hands where there is hero get imported but it misses some of the observed hands)
Edit2 I tweaked observed hands settings (Options -> Observed Hand History Configuration) and now it looks like observed hands get imported as well.

I don't think the problem is in HEM (or PT2, which I use). The unimported HH's are missing the lines that should say something like "xxx collected [$xxx.xx]".

Can't find 2.14 anywhere... :[

"Insert All Hand Histories" seems to be the default value, but other options seem to have affect even if they're greyed. I selected "Insert Observed..." and unticked every box in the "Saw showdown" -column and then reselected "Insert all..."

Good point, I checked my imported HH in the hand grabber history, and there is not the line that says who collected the pot! :/

And I can't find the 2.14 anywhere!

There are two different problems I think. Newest HG 2.15 working like *** and newest HEM beta (21 more precisely, 22 doesn't work at all) missing some of the observed hands.

I just installed the 22 new HEM beta and nothing appears on the table, the HUD doesn't seem to work.

The Hand grabber seems to work but I don't care because HUD is not :/

I think problem comes 100% from Handgrabber ... I have HM version 1.07 and haven't changed it since its release. But the problem have started since Hangrabber 2.15 has been released.

I uninstalled Hangrabber 2.15 and reinstall version 2.11. But the problem is still here , so that ****ing update may have affect some files or parameters and it sucks. We'll have to wait a new update ... But the way idleminer reacts , we can wait

Do you guys have lucky ace, pacific or littlewoods? Did someone try to download now lucky ace poker? I'm not really sure if the problem is linked with LA or the HG. Does someone have an idea?

I still have version 2.14 as didnt risk upgrading since it was working fine but today it seems to be missing most hands. So going back to 2.14 may not be the answer......maybe a Luckyace update is causing the problem?

I updated HEM to 1.08 22 today and after that the HUD disappeared.
Looks like HEM is impoting anyhow.

This month - before the update - I've lost probably 30% of the hands.

I'm thinking about this too... But don't want to take the risk to install a new lucky ace version (and I'm not sure if I have the lastest one or not). I really have no idea how to solve the problem!

+1. HG+HEM just overnight stopped for me. That is, about 1 in 10 collected hands comes into the database.
Comparing to yesterday's files, there is no information anymore below summary.
HG just seems to have broken for no particular reason.

I always used the very old 2.6.0 handgrabber version as pacifichandgrabber version 2.15 wouldn't grab plo hands.

Today my old 2.6 quit completely, it just shuts down. so far 2.15 works for nl hands but has never been any good for plo.
