I still think that the cashout policy is quite lame and needs a review to make it more up to date to us poker players

Guys, there's no difference in % between Pacific and LA when it comes to loyalty program. It just different levels, depending on the amount of FPPs you generate.

Now, this still isn't the loyalty program. This is a pre-loyalty program, to specific, per-chosen, "VIP" players. Those who got the 12% E-Mail has to reach 6000 FPPs during Fabruary and they will get the 12% rakeback.

If you didn’t get that E-Mail and want to be a part, sent me a PM with your screen name and I’ll check it out for you.

The people who got the 18%+ E-Mail are players who generated more FPPs over a longer period. Has nothing to do with LuckyAce or Pacific. Those players were chosen due to their past activity at the 888 network. Once the Loyalty Program is launched, all the criteria for the high levels will be released.

Wow, cant wait for the money transfer in the cashier they have been talking about that for ages now.

The rest seems like a bit of a pipe dream, considering they can't even get the software not to crash

OMFG i still cant see how you cant make you software not crash, HOW HARD can it be to find a programming unit that can actually program? PROGRAM. For christ sake, sack your current programing unit and find a new one. I want to play on your site, BUT i cant, because the software is so buggy, its like riding a bicycle that always is broker/ without 2 wheels, but kinda moves and then kinda does not.

Chaom, that is all correct (the LAP details you got), but I can't promise on a date yet. I've seen some beta version and the features look good. I personally helped design (not on the technical front tho) some of the features and I really hope it will come out as good as it looks on paper.

Money transfer is very very close to being launched. It's really in the final stages.

I'm passing your details regarding the bugs. I assume it has something to do with the update, but not sure why and what.

Is there any way to uninstall Pacificpoker for Vista 64???

I've read most of this thread and saw that Pacific not being supported by 64bit was included in a petition to Pacific a while back but is there any way at all to accurately remove it? The uninstaller won't work and neither does Add/remove programs.

I have a new computer and I tried to use Pacific 3.509, with Handgrabber 2.11 and HEM 1.07. After about 300 hands Pacific shuts down. As others have remarked looking in task manager Pacific slowly uses more and more memory then eventually has to close. I was going to try uninstalling and trying the latest version. If I can't uninstall do I just install the new one overtop? If I do this will I not be able to go back? as I'm thinking maybe the autoupdater for the new software may not be able to be removed?

Does anyone here think the latest software will be any better stability wise than 3.509? (I'm guessing probably not from reading most of this thread lol...but it seems there are regulars here who play so I would guess they can somehow get more than 200 hands in before crashing. On my Laptop using XP, 3.509, and an older version of Handgrabber it was more stable. I could play for several hours before any problems. Although at least once a session the tables would either go black in certain spots or I'd be disconnected). Also has the new software changed at all? The last time I tried it was terrible but am willing to deal with it for now if it means more stability.

What combinations of versions are people using that maybe kind of work? (It's funny that I'd just be happy with software that "kind of" works. How ******ed is that. It's all we can expect from Pacific I guess).

Nice to hear about updates to the software coming. I'll believe it when I see it though...

Man, everyone had 6 tables till two days ago. there was a small problem updating luckyace to 8 tables and all of a sudden that's a huge issue? it will be fixed soon, but while I fully understand and agree with most of the justified complaints, this seems a bit too much to me. Just hold on for a few days, it's not like 8 tables is a must. Fixing the crashes is a must.

The most urgent thing in the new version, at least from my standpoint (and what i pushed for the most) is the hand history. The honest truth is that the handgrabber program (which Pacific/888 has nothing to do with) is a pretty major problem when it comes to crashes.

I fully understand the need for it. Hopefully once you'll have working HH that works with PT/HEM the crashes will drop to a minimum.

Iamthegreatest

I use the latest version on luckyace and handgrabber. I updated to it about 2months ago as I also used the old versions for a long time as I hated the new one. I am used to it now and I think it works better as I experience only about one crash a week if that at the moment. There is still a link somewhere posted in this forum where you can download the old version of pacific, so if you don't like the new one you can always go back.

As far as Vista 64-bit goes, I would imagine this would cause all sorts of trouble for you and to be honest if you want to stop crashes, install Windows XP on your PC. The only real plus to 64-bit is that it can utilize more that 3.25GB of RAM, which is the limitation on XP

Good Luck!
