There should be a disconnection protection for cash games. My ISP randomly disconnects me few times a day for 1 minute and i've lost hundreds in hands that were autofolded + a couple of k's in showdowns i could have won. The worst one was when i had 2xAA and AJ at my tables.

Quit using Idleminer, and use the 888/LA saved hand feature.

I got a reply today from Alex at the programming team regarding some of the feedback I sent in.


This will be looked into and hopefully corrected in time for the next server version.


1) Good spot, this is being looked into by the team now.

2) I think they are going to implement an option where you can have just these two sounds and no others, but I cannot confirm this atm.

3) As has been stated, this has already been corrected in the next minor release of the software (hopefully in around mid-July).


This will be changed to 10 seconds.


Some of the criticism was regarding the colour scheme / how noticeable some of the buttons are. I just want to double-check on the response to this and will report back tomorrow.

I assume it's all just related to the server problem which I posted about earlier. I'd just take it easy today until things settle down.

i go to download the software and install it. i get to a certain point before it says i already have 888 software running (which i do not). so i tried restarting my computer and it says the same thing again.

I used to have a popup asking me 'if i really wanted to quit my table' witch I enjoyed bc it was kindof a security against misclick closing my table. Unfortubalty i missclicked on the ' do not show this window again' .... ;(

There's an option in the new software to get the window back.

There isn't an option, gotta do it manually I'm afraid.

There is still a new bug where some players sit out forever and its not the wait for big blind thing. I saw a guy sitting out at the same table for 2 days.

Also you need to change the policy on which hands get stored in the hand history folder. Its not a big issue right now but a few regs are datamining by just sitting down at a table. The way you have it is kind of nice but it is being abused now and its only going to get a lot worse imo. You either need to just store played hands or allow datamining and store everything.

Yeah. Yuv tells me there is a bug that allows you to just sit there forever without doing the wait for BB thing. Personally whenever I try it I seem to get booted, but some people are clearly doing it somehow.

I just updated the software, it looks very nice but I have a few questions:
Where is the 'cashier' button? Now there is only a deposit button so I can't access my reward points.
I think this question is asked before but at the rewards page they are talking about the 'online store'. Are they planning to make this?

LOL at jolmer, this guy is a ****ing joke. We were playing at NL200 6max, the table breaks and we stay HU couple of hands. I win a buy-in, and I leave few hands after. He insults me on another table, telling me that it's a shame blablabla. So I ask him "HU NL2K?". He says "Ok".

We play 5 or 6 hands, and he win my blinds and say: "jolmer >> ty now have my buyin back" and insta leave. Did I hear that this guy is sponso by 888 ???

Action buttons



You can see the action buttons have been made slightly more noticeable. There's also talk of maybe making the buttons change with whatever theme you have selected, presumably the call/raise/fold buttons would be the same colour as whatever the 'Chat' and 'Options' buttons are on the theme you are using.

BTW, I'll send all the other feedback on tonight regarding :

- delay on the dealing during allins
- lack of visibility on the hole cards
- note colours not being solid/distinct enough
