How do you guys start your daily grind? do you review hands? watch strat vids etc? what about study? currently i usualy watch a strat vid and take a look at some hands / look at the charts i have to refresh memory..

i want to add structure to my play so considering running drills in gtowiz prior to first session, then do post session hand review / end of day review..

How do you study? and what play / study ratio are you currently doing?

I'm asking this because i want to find a more efficient way to maximise my study time rather than what i do now and just run hands through gtowiz and watch videos etc which i guess is better than nothing but i'm sure i can make better use of this time.

Hopefully better than me. Had my worst session of the year. Ran bad, played horrible, decided to be a calling station tonight, lost 6 stacks in about an hour. A months worth of hard grinding gone in an hour.

I had to create a new account in order to fix whatever was causing it to not keep my stats accurate.

Yes, I have been scoring lots of 3s lately and haven't been encountering many streak busters. Worldle has a new editor since early November, so maybe he is softer on us.

Merry Christmas. I ran up my free slot bonus to $2500. I think I found a loophole with these slot bonuses. You can get free $500 every week on deposits and then I just use the bonus money to free roll without every touching the seed money. Just do that every week and eventually you will hit.

Oh I assumed this was on Iggy, yeah those promos look like free money which a lot of sportsbooks/DFS have been pushing for the past year. I guess you also do a fair bit of sports betting?

You should definitely stick to one database. Why would you choose loosing lots of hand history just to get a clean record?
That being said, I've been guilty of thinking I'd need a fresh start after punting away 3/4 of a deposit without even thinking of playing decent poker before.

I've promised myself I've made my last clean start

Haha.. I have always used 1 DB.. When i "start fresh" as in new comp i import life HH from stars.. Mine is 1million hands plus..

Just wondered as watched a video and the guy had multiple DBs..

But yea would be nice to forget certain periods lol

What size do you guys go when squeezing? to keep things simple both players aren't fish and fold to 3bets 70%+.. villain opens 3x in HJ and gets 1 call from CO.. hero is SB with 2 cards lol - i usually go to 14bb here.. is this too small?

Do you often face a situation where you can sqz ip to both players? Meaning don't know if you should put energy to study something that doesn't happen on a reg basis. Players really shouldn't flat in micros outside of blinds and maybe btn so if someone does they are usually bad and you can bomb with value. Just my two cents.

Oop squeeze i go 4x plus original bet plus 1 more bb for good measure. So 3x open x 4 is 12bb, plus another 3, plus 1 for 16bb raise.
