Over limping is fine.
Pretty much what i was gonna type.. From my experience family pots are nearly every hand and with the standard of villain low i guess playing lots of pots for cheap makes us money.. The games i play villains call then proceed to call the 3/4/5 bets because J9s is their favourite hand and will station off with pair of 9's or whatever

Villains are facebook poker/similar regs though lol

24'' 1920×1024 is still OK, but the market moved to 27'' 2560×1440 (aka 2k) or even 32'' 2k as the new "normal".

27'' & 32'' 3840x2160 (4k) also exist, but you should try before you buy imo because the pixel density is very high and you might find everything (fonts, icons) too "small" for your taste

I have a 27" 2k, sweet spot for me. It's definitely better than the previous 24" 1920x1024 I used, but it's not changing my life either. I did not check prices since a while, but if the price difference was significant and I was a bit short I could go for the 24". Although monitors tend to stick around for a long period, so it might be smarter not being too cheap.

I’ve had a variety of monitors, and used the dell 30’ for most of my poker career. Couple of years ago upgraded my main monitor to this one and it’s been the best by far:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-Electron.../dp/B086TNM33Y

I also have one of these which was decent but was quickly replaced by the one above:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B01...b_b_asin_title

It’s worth shopping around during Black Friday and other similar sales (Jan sales often similar prices). Obviously if you don’t want to spend that much, there will be plenty of decent 27” or similar at a much lower price range.

Yup. The appeal of this game for me is that we always have to look at our game and that even playing perfectly we can still lose.. The reverse for fish is playing horrible and winning
