Is this new on Ignition? If not, I can't believe I've overlooked it all this time.

No it's not new.

So I turned a 100 deposit into 900 across 3 sites. Then I played an insane amount of online poker over the last two weeks. I net lost about a 150 bringing me back down to very weak rolls of 750 spread across 3 sites. Ran really really cold. Feel like I should stop playing . Thoughts about what to do?

The money doesn’t mean much to me, and I’m ashamed to say that it does mean something but not important. I expected to run the 900 up quite a bit but lost so many key hands I can no longer tell if I’m playing bad or running bad( certainly both to a percent) and my brain hurts. I feel like I wasted a lot of hours being stupid. I’m tempted to just kakegurui style bet it all but I think it’s much smarter to treat it like a fledgling roll. I don’t know, im pretty stupid.

I would just gamble it up and live with the consequences. You don't sound like you have the mindset needed to deal with poker variance. Games are tough these days. Winning everyday is not guaranteed.

Still , I could see how that post sounds like that. I am a lifetime winner at poker. Granted I mostly play live.

What I did after years of mostly live casual play was try to Speedrun the stakes as an exploratory effort. I played whatever I had 10 buyins for. I threw in a $100, jumped into 10nl, and like 50k hands later i was playing 500nl. Then I went on a 70k breakeven stretch playing 100 to 500nl, followed by a 35 buyin downswing, mostly at 200nl.

Overall I won then lost about 5k while pocketing rake back and deposit bonuses. Money didn't mean all that much to me either, and I didn't really feel like grinding microstakes. I'm glad I did it. It was honestly a more enjoyable use of my time than playing on a 50 bi brm start grinding 25 and 50nl, even if it wasn't the most financially lucrative. I feel like I learned a decent amount about the skills needed to beat various stakes, and after this downswing I've settled on playing a more conventional brm strat while working on my game at 100nl.

What's going on with Bovada?

Couldn't join any reg tables last night. Today I finally got onto a 50nl table. Tried to add another and it's been stuck at 99%. Tried just adding a 25nl table and that's stuck at 99% as well.

yeah been dogshit for me as well. If I didn't get in after like 30 seconds I'd try again and would have to try a couple times but it'd eventually work

Yeah had the same issue last night. It eventually worked, but I kept having to close out and try again. Seems like their network was at capacity or something idk.

My biggest regret is not knowing about RB. I don’t want to think about the amount of money I've left on the table. And that number grows everyday. Sucks that you can't get RB as an existing player.

I've played quite a bit last night and some today. I haven't been 4bet once, and I think I've been 3bet about 2 or 3 times total.

They definitely let you get away with murder.

Blasted this stat line tonight for 1k hands and it was a ton of fun. Highly recommend airing it out once in awhile.

Also fun to see how certain people choose to play back.

I am convinced that there are a lot of regs trying to get away with playing 16/13 or so in the 25-50 Zone pools. This is usually balanced out by the typical aggressive rec sports bettor types, but the games have kind of sucked this month. Not looking forward to bumping into you in the pool, but good luck anyway!

Yellowjackets is amazing imo. It really brings the 90s to life if you are into that. Christina Ricci once again does an excellent job of playing a psycho, and the teenage actors are fantastic. I would totally suck at being stranded in the wilderness.
