false is a subjective word and doesnt reflect the truth in this matter only your opinion. i was just stating a fact that i find it interesting that poker players are interested in philosophy. whats wrong with that statement? kinda same thing if cop takes pottery classes or linguistic major falls into astronomy and stars taking Venus pictures. nothing wrong with that, just find it interesting for such diverse fields to fit together. How can that be false?

Now you're just saying something else. Either you are unable to analyze this whole conversation and its content somewhat logic or it is a language barrier(or both maybe) issue.
Anyway it all has to do with your definition of "good", if your definition of good at math, science and psychology is limited to knowing 2+2=4 and that the earth is spinning around the sun and that we all have emotions, basic knowledge, then your statement is true but if that's the case, then your statement is pointless. Like saying, hey, 1+1=2.

Oh also imma, philosophy should be seen as entertainment and therefor it shouldn't have a negative impact on your emotions. Philosophy/religion and whatnot is not something you want to base your decisions/life on.

obv u can calculate differential equations and triple integrals which makes u above average good in math but if you think i implied every poker player knows that you are more delusional than i am, and you can interpret that statement however you like. hence the word 'usualy' which implies a lot but not all.

also, i wanted to start the day with an easy going discussion in bbv, posting some non obligatory bullschitt like 98% of posts around here, but i get bashed so much we need 20+ posts just to clarify a simple statement, but obv im too ******ed for that.

I think I broke down my argument well(Could have been better but that means more time consuming), I asked him what he defined as good, gave him an example of what kind of answer I wanted and then stated I thought his statement was wrong considering my definition of good. I also added in a lol to give it a touch of interwebz 2+2 forums etc.
