call and flop top pair and check call down. Make better than top pair and stack off. Flop air and check fold. Flop a draw and usually call as its so likely he will bet too small for you to fold.

ben, everytime i see this line from fish its like aa, except one reg that does this, and he only does it utg, weirdo imo

its hateful, but to me its a call, and c/f a ton of flops, unless you have see him do this before.......tbh, it might be a fold in theory but i call in pratice as weak tight as that sounds

just seen what other posters have wrote,
as sad as I sound, on ipoker, a limp raise (from fish) is the nuts like always

i usually do this until i get some hud stats and/or a read, and feel kind of gross about it, especially just c/f like J54 or K72 and such. i always feel he prob just had some mid pair or sc or suited ace or some crap

isildur cliffs

- unknown player bursts on to high stakes scene and runs red hot (novemberish)
- people think he is a-rod or other celeb, wild speculation, he takes durrrr for several million
- hastings/south/townsend all work together to find leaks in isildur's game then hastings plays him and wins 4mill
- ethics debates ensue
- isildur dissappears
- isildur outted (maybe) as Viktor Blom
- ziigmund berates south in chat
- isildur back recently but not so super swongy

some say they were all sweating at time of match or multi-accounting or what not, no way to prove anything

i think sharing thoughts about certain opponents among high stakes regs is probably common and is ok

I should probably expand.

I used to think **** he has AA/KK.
But recently i have seen like loads of random Ax hands, some Kx suited hands and mid PP's. So i would say just like a std opening range for a fairly tight player it would seem.
Obviously im not saying the 80bb stack player is a std tag, just maybe he is over valuing his hands.

"Hastings had played Isildur1 three times previously, so he, Townsend and Cole South conglomerated their hand histories, allowing them to study the mystery man's playing style."

they pretty much outed themselves in an espn article lol

Re: *** Official March uBBV thread nsfw ***

Brian townsend data mined **** loads of hands on isildur, and then studied his leaks etc and brian hastings used these hands (which he didnt study himself) for his own benefit afaik.

edit: ^^^ this

sharing HHs is specifically against FTP rules

sharing reads, not so much

So every time you post a HH you're violating FTP rules?
