Mark wished to have this cleared up. This was in a Grindcore video in his Thin Red Line series - maybe ep 3? It was the ep where he focused on note taking. I don't know if he put it somewhere typed, but I think I paused the video and wrote it down, it's in a txt file on my desktop.

mark does not wish for anyone to think this was his original work - it was Grindcore's and he wishes for all credit for this note system to go to Grindcore.

I have to think his range is weighted towards Ax/PP and maybe broadways. I don't know what is best tbh but when confused i usually start by betting. The problem with that is the af you posted indicates he is bluffy.

So I wasnt too busy at work today. Some patients cancelled and I used the time to open my latptop and review all the big hands from previous days! Everyhand I took some notes on opponents in my PT.. Felt so good to be poker productive! Lets see if it pays off..
