i wouldn't say he's ******ed but he's too up himself pokerwise considering he plays SS/MS imo. often i've thought 'wow this guy's a complete prick, but he's right'

edit : not saying you are a prick wishie lol, just saying thats usually the thought that enters my head

At the beginning I was just firing through decisions as I heard the amount of waiting tables wait up, and I also made some questions calls with two pair a couple of times, it definately takes a lot of work to be able to do it profitably. I also got set over set, flush over flush and somehow missed an OESFD vs. J9 on JTxcc vs. 2 droolers, also got stacked twice by dickheads setmining OOP in 3bet pots.

Other than it, it was fun I guess, I may give it another whirl later if I don't go out.

yeah just edited to say that. i don't mean i think he's a prick, i mean his posts usually piss me off because he's often right but it comes across in a pretty condescending and tilting way imo

Re: *** Official March uBBV thread nsfw ***

It's cos most of the questions people post are very very simply answered (to him at least) so he only feels he needs to respond with a short answer or whatever.

TBH, hes a damn good player/coach if you get to chat to him one on one. Very smart.

Re: *** Official March uBBV thread nsfw ***

the obvious counter argument to that then is go and post in higher stakes forums where you can make more useful contributions, or if you're going to post then make them more useful to the people you're giving advice to. obviously theres no obligation to do either but im just saying, clearly whilst alot of the decisions are obv to him, people aren't asking for advice because they are dumb/bad poker players. that's what tilts me.

and i don't doubt that for a second

considering table numbers, not hitting draws, people hitting sets on you, and other coolers, only being 2bi's down isn't too bad!!the good thing with it is, nice juicy rakeback!!

Re: *** Official March uBBV thread nsfw ***

Doubling up at the start of a tourney is nowhere near as important as doing it in the later stages.

Spoiler:

17/12/9 over 173 hands. cbet 57%.
Really bad spew? I havent been extra aggro on this table and he has no reason to check made hand. So I lead, cuz PFR has air every time imo and SB's range whiffed a lot. When he raised, I just kinda looked at his AF and went with my read. I really wished that I didnt have those 20bbs though.
