@ aggo and stackajawea, you both play SSNl right?
If you were to say one thing each on what helped you get out of the micros most effectively, what would it be?
Like always posting hands, or watching certain vids or sweating certain ppl or w.e
Would be grateful for the advice

not aimed at me but i think i can add something. read the SSNL forums if youre playing uNL and see the sort of concepts that are being mentioned, and learn to 3bet more IP

Gooner, i have just started reading SSNl quite a lot, i post in some like really straightforward hands that i think i can contribute to. But its quite interesting. I 3b quite a lot IP as it is, however i need to improve my hand reading and post flop play definitly because i know the plays i make or recognise are only really standard plays.
Also i need to learn how to use the filters on HEM really well because i know they are great for spotting major leaks.

just listen to what the consistent posters that are often agreed with tend to say, and you start realising where a river c/c at uNl is actually a c/f at SSNL, and how boards develop and how it affects the ev of firing multi barrels both for value and as bluffs as well as how the kinda cbetting mantra of uNl becomes a more difficult tool to handle

shark: wp. if one street is bad its preflop

with what frequency?

villain is valuebetting one pair hands:
why should he? how will he put in more money?

villain is semibluffing with 76 or something:
3 outs to split
slight chance of bluffing turn
small chance of playing like that on flop

if we call we check turn?
if so i think we give him too many freecards

3bet small
the ev of him potentially showing over with weak hand is at least the same as calling for inducing turn imo, just a lot more easy than calling and checking.

poker is easy

What? What worse hand is he shoving over on this board besides maybe a slow played KK+?

I'd prefer not to have a 3-betting range on this flop EP.

I chose to call.

I didn't want to 3bet because he was totally unknown and I had no idea what his frequencies/ (well.. more importantly tendencies) were.
