The idiots at Full Tilt are driving me insane.
I ordered the 42" TV on Christmas. A month later, FT put the points back in my account with no explanation. I e-mailed to ask what the problem was, and they said that I had not responded to the e-mails seeking address verification. Turns out they had sent the e-mails to an e-mail account I no longer use, and that I had changed from my e-mail account on record with FT back in August.
I explain all of this to them, show them a screenshot of my cashier showing my new e-mail address that they should have updated 4 months earlier, and they say, just resubmit the order and we'll take care of it. So I do, on January 20th.
Guess what? They put the FT points back in my account again yesterday, most likely for the same reason, although they have not responded yet to my latest e-mail.
This is insane. Those ****ing morons can't do anything right. And now, two months after I ordered the 42", I am only a few thousand points shy of the points necessary to order the 50". So it doesn't make sense now to order the 42" for the third time, I should just wait a few weeks, max, until I have the points for the 50". This will mean that with shipping I will miss the beginning of baseball season, which is the only reason I want the ****ing big screen tv in the first place.
I hate these incompetent ****ers. I ****ing hate them.
