My turn cbet is 50.1% this month over 54k hands, it used to be 42% a few months ago. Don't know whats the standard.

Either you do or you don't.

Honestly that's a really broad question, it's like asking "how often should I 3b?" There's a lot of factors to consider, but what it mostly comes down to is whether or not the turn hits your perceived range and do you have room to b/f or not.

What is your flop cbet%? Worst thing to do is to have a high flop cbet% and a low turn cbet% b/c you'll get floated relentlessly by the regs as you move up and once you hit small stakes, if your cbet% is high (70%+) then your cbets are going to get raised on scary boards relentlessly.
