Don't sweat it Autist, read through the downswing and drift threads and take a few days off.

Get plenty of exercise and give yourself some time.

Just last week I was right where you are, in the midst of a 15k downswing at NL25, I was down to $495, I took a day off to gather some confidence and voila am back to $850
