I'm going back to SNGs for a bit since my roll is currently only $350 or so but my laptop won't let me play that many tables on FTP w/o lag so I have my laptop on my desk to the left and my desktop to the right with my 19" LCD TV hooked up since my monitor is in the shop.

Haa i had a setup like that for part of the summer when I was at home. It was my 15 in laptop and my old pos monitor from an old desktop... it works though just isnt ideal

No. It's not. And I've gotten into this sample size argument before with people here because everyone is always like lolsampleszie and 30 hands is nothing (I was playing 8/5 over > 30 hands on a few tables today), but there's no reason to have to do anything. AKs isn't that fun to play OOP especially since he's going to have a hand to either call or 4bet you a pretty large% of the time. 2/3 the time you won't flop an ace or a king, and you only flop a flush draw like 1 in whatever times. So I don't think it's bad to just flat in the big blind because there's also merit to disguising your hand in any situation. But it is also not bad to 3bet. Just do what you feel comfortable with.

I have been struggling to get consistent sleep. I even took a benadryl last night and I all that did was make me drowsy earlier but my sleep still suffered, probably woke up about 4 different times.

I know this sounds bad but this is kind of the reason I feel the need to drink more than usual. At least that helps me fall sleep a bit more smoothly.

Any tips?
