good luck, third time lucky!

I think that is Browns Bay, Auckland. Do you know it?

I think that is Rotorua above, but not sure if the sunrise pics where taken there or back in Browns Bay. I know they visited Rotorua though
I know Rotorua, browns bay not quite sure I dont get to Auckland much mojed studies that way so will probably know it.

Rotorua is such a token tourist destination here.

yeah I know Brown's Bay, it's on the North Shore. Nice beach. Auckland is pretty sweet hennerz, because it's an isthmus. It's about a 40min drive from the pacific ocean to the east, and the atlantic to the west. East Coast is flat, white sand, West Coast is rough and rugged, black sand beaches.

sick flop there, big decision was to flat or click back turn, glad I choose later.

slowroll was an easy decision I was not putting you on quads obv thinking to fold, hehe

Same SN on 2p2. He's been around the brew for ages, used to post more often, just drops by every now and then these days.

that would have been pretty LOL and karma-stic...

how much did u make BTW?

Night.

btw Big I think you played it right shoving the turn. I guess you thought of calling so I could catch up with a flush. At the same time, I was repping a 9 imo, which may have been scared of the flush if it hit. So it's a balance between the flush scaring or helping me. And as it was, I was shipping with the draw anyway.

Thoughts on how I played it. I think the 9 was the perfect card for me to rep on the turn. Flop I was in two minds, given it was 3way I opted to flat.
02-27-2009 , 06:12 AM
Ya if there was a God, he's let people hit their two outers against slowrollers
02-27-2009 , 06:16 AM

I really like it tbh on just flatting turn esp deep, just don't make sense to raise unless you near pot turn, but sucks if u get raised on turn...
when you get 4bet on turn I would just flat with the great price you get. I am not famous of folding so foldequity is close to zero there even with meta TBH.
I am also known to be a payoff wizard so you get payed on river anyways. Shoving isn't horrible either, thing is that on a paired board this deep even I am not crazy enough to 4bet a naked queen. and in case you are up vs a fullhouse already you can fold river altho it's nasty

edit: basically I like the turn raise to rep 9, but shoving is questionable but somewhat close when been 4bet
02-27-2009 , 06:23 AM
Yeah I agree I think I should have called your reraise. I'm still quite happy with the c/r initially though, I think it gets you to fold a lot of worse hands.

So who says he should shove over me, and who says he should flat -
