If you think he's a weak tight nitty reg I think foldin the turn is okay. Is he passive or aggressive. Would he play a QT or a FD like this? Otherwise I think he has JJ,77,KJ here way too often.

Seems okay to me, fishes are making weird moves so often that with those betsizes i couldnt fold

You haven't really described how aggressive this guy is. Is he likely to 3 barrel bluff? I would probably shove the turn unless you're trying to get him to bluff off chips.

if I plan on calling the river I ship the turn instead. meaning I'd fold the river as played.
