Does anyone know how to import peoples HUD setups. Big sent me his and I unzipped the files then went into my HEM, then into Player pref. then import , and when I get to the saved HUD I click on the the one of 2 items which is prefs and statranges and it says there is no configuration to load.


Also since I got a new computer, I haven't been able to even have the default HUD to work. I made sure the hand directory was right and everything and table manager pops up, but no stats do??? Does anyone know what the problem might be (could it be Vista?). Anyways sorry for the epic newbness. If someone could please help that would be most appreciated.

Sounds like he sent you all of his entire hud confgig files, instead of exporting them from the player prefs? What files are in the ZIP he sent you? You prolly have to copy/paste them into the config folder.




UAC and Aero must be off. Do you have the latest beta version of HM? Does it actually import hands? Does the table manager find the tables? but not find players on the tables?

For $30/hr I can have you up and running in no time.

ya big sent me his entire config file which contains a crapload of things. it has preflop range, def. cbet, def flop.... ect, then stat ranges, pref, pos pref..... ect.

I just updated to the newest beta apparently ap/ub had problems on there so hopefully this new beta worked.

What is Aero, i turned of UAC, it imports hands and table manager finds the tables just no players.

I really wanna get the HUD working. What does biga need to do when he send it or whatever for it to work easier, bc I remember doing this way easier a while ago when brky sent me his old one.

He just needs to click on export hud config. Or you can just copy/paste the files he sent where they go, altho some may be redundant but wont hurt anything. I dont know anything about ap/ub, good luck. Aero (google ftw if u need to know how to turn it off) is a fancy vista desktop thing that causes issues with HEM.

Well good news the new beta fixed issues with the HUD showing up... now I just need biga to export his hud config and resend it, cause I dont wanna f with all the files to copy and past tbh, since I am a newb

-Girl I've been talking to goes to UT-Knoxville (2-2.5 away) and has the apartment to herself this weekend
-Already told my mom I was coming home (1.5 away -- opposite direction) to get groceries (completely out)

No clue. Never exported/imported using that method. I keep re-using my old prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt to rebuild my HUD when I reformat. Those are all the files necessary to use someones (entire) HUD (except for any custom popups), if the recipient doesnt mind losing whatever HUD configs they already have. Not sure about the site specific issues at all, and would really be clueless considering Big doesnt play on the site that cdcmo is playing.

The movie is pretty good by itself. I started to read the book over break and then the semester started and I haven't been able to get past page 30 since. I have only heard good things though, so yes if you like the movie def check the book.
