Decided to finally take poker seriously and stop grinding up 2k or so and cash out instead of trying to get decent. Got coached for the first time and realized I need a bigger monitor (I play on my 42" lcd at 1280x768) So I blasted 500 bucks on this thing:

Should be here in a couple days, 24" HDMI in, built in speakers and 1900x1200, Thoughts?

The times Ive taken them, they tend to help me want to go to sleep faster. Like they just make me sorta relaxed, and my head feel "heavy". It's not like nyquil, or when you drink a bunch and want to pass out. It's more like a way to relax. I like how they're natural and not like sleeping pills.

what's the resolution on the 20? Wouldn't you be better off holding off on that until you can get like 2 30's or one 30? 20-22 isn't a big deal. I have 2 22's and wouldn't waste the time upgrading to 2 24's.

I have the 22" acer - 2 of them in fact. I've had one for a year, and one for like 3 months. I've been happy with both. They're only $150 at www.microcenter.com right now, with a $30 rebate.

I actually like it, for having things behind my tables when playing, so that I can see part of them to click and bring to front. I keep my starsplanner and stoploss gui's there, visible. I also keep my winamp there now, as my entire right side monitor is filled with my stars lobby, hem, table manager, and active player detail window.
