Hooray thank god, after spending hours downloading IU's free Microsoft programs, and symantec anti virus, then reloading all of my music, then transferring my HEM db after annoying many of you, I have gotten everything to work. This means that tomorrow I shall grind balls on my new laptop.(well actually 22" but u know wat i mean.

I have a 22" running of my lappy too. Works pretty well for 6 tabling, 6 tables on 22", browser +itunes in lappy window.

yeah i like this setup. i have a 19 inch monitor running from my laptop and its perfect for 6-8 tables without getting too cluttered. ive never tried 10 on it im gonna mess around with table sizes and see how it looks.

I can only fit 8 tables without overlap if I have the monitor in portrait. Do you have overlap when you 8 table?

u can get 8 without overlap (stars?) on a portrait 22? I've never cared to try that maybe an idea.

I'm pretty sure you can 'cause I used to 4 table on my 15" monitor, and a 22" monitor is pretty much two 15" monitors.

I just find it too weird playing portrait. That and I'm running a virtual windows on my macbook and it's quite hard to get funky with the screen in virtual windows.

i have a 15" laptop hooked up to 24" 1920x1200 monitor and <3 it so much that for the summa grind when uni is done i will be getting a new gfx card + 2nd 24" monitor + new speakers, all for £350

no still overlap unfortunately. i think i can do 9 ok without the size of the tables/hud overlap getting in my way too bad. ive done about that at 25nl + 4-5 tables on the laptop screen with ok results

Overlap is still probably > than having the monitor in portrait. There's something wrong about portrait. Maybe to do with how people tend to scan across but very rarely up when they look about.
