Tmz is reporting that Lucie J. Kim filed a class action lawsuit against Cyrus on behalf of Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. If she is found to have known that the image could have been displayed to the public, Cyrus could be ordered to pay out up to $4 billion dollars in damages!
