just make sure you stay within your BR limits (or whatever you feel comfortable with)

i had to drop down recently and wish i would of dropped down much sooner than when i did

its pretty important to know exactly what bankroll level you are going to drop back down at, whether it be 5bi or 10, and not get caught up in making sure THIS shot sticks. sometimes you move up, get knocked around but get so caught up in making sure you can stay at that level that you can do significant damage to your roll. no shame in dropping down for a few k hands to make some easy buyins at a level you've already beaten.

i moved up to 400nl to chase my breakeven a couple days ago. i recommend it.

yeah i like this better. plus if you play those sngs you risk running good at those things and winning a few and then becoming a sng pro. if that happens and you ask me to shoot you out of mercy, i will oblige

I got up really early this morning (in the UK) to play 1.5K hands of 50NL.

By doing so I completed my first 10K hands at 50NL (since about six months ago when I was last there)! That was worth getting up for.
