story?

Cliff notes:

-I wanted to send $900 to Stars and solicited an ad in the Internet Poker forum.
-A guy IM's me via AIM and says he read my advertisement and wants to xfer.
-He offers to send first, in increments, sends me $600 and I send him $600 on FTP.
-He kind of abruptly signs off AIM and I am like 'well, I can get $300 from someone I know for sure' and begin playing with the $600, getting ready to AIM someone later to get the rest.
-I make about $50 or so while grinding some low-stakes SNGs and go out for the evening.
-Wake up next morning and find out the guy apparently either fraudulently got into the guy's account or scammed him or something and Stars closed my account for investigation and said my funds would probably be seized.
-Wait about a week while the guy was investigating and he e-mailed me back today finally.

i havent slept in god knows how long, a billion things keep going wrong, now i find out the girl i was talking to when i self banned myself from 2p2 is now in a relationship. i hope facebook gets blown off the internet by a meteor.

Reason I ask is I'm not SN yet...but...looking at getting a new computer setup that would make it pretty easy

Only way I can hit SN is if I'm playing 200NL+ at some point in the year. It might be possible to make it to SN at current level or at 100NL if I do some hardcore grind over summer, but tbh I don't have the work ethic for that kind of ****.
