I plan on going by whatever Durrrr and Jungleman decide. If they declare it a draw and the side bet off then I think all side bets should do the same. If someone ends up paying a percentage of the side bet then I would try to use that same percentage when settling my bets.

I think everyone can wait for a week or so and see how this whole thing shakes out.

rake would be ****ed up unless you have some kind of script which calculates rake as rake * 400 with a 0.5$ cap

From a legal perspective, I think this is kind of immaterial no matter how public the games are. I didn't see the agreement with the DoJ saying anything about "play money" being illegal, Full Tilt would obviously not be facilitating funds transfers, and Durrrr/Jungleman could legally exchange the necessary funds in person. As long as finances are kept separate/private, I don't believe there's much to be done on the legal end.

It's obviously a big enough bet that they should have a lawyer look into it... although if either/both of their bankrolls are considerably insolvent at the moment, I don't think we'd see them playing anyway.

or they could fly out of the US to play and put some decent volume to finish the challenge, if i was a full tilt executive reminding people that they can play if they get out of the territory should be in my priority list and trying to get durrr and jungleman to finish the challenge that way would be a great way to promote that while beeing 100% legal
