I think Tom let his ego get the best of him. He made a huge mistake with his odds he was laying. It's just a mathematically dumb move. In the long run it's going to lose money. I think Tom has realized that he made a dumb move but he has to figure the best way to finish the match.

Unreal... Tom checks the nuts behind on the turn and river because his ISP fails him... $34k down the tube. Jungle running hotter than hell already and then this on top of it could tilt anyone. Then Dan says he thought it was, "pretty cool." Is needling in this situation just poker or bad ethics?

Got to pick up this session midway through after Hoopmans post (thanks!)

Had a ton of fun sweating, made me want to get a text alert whenever they play. First two pots were maybe 30 secs apart, third pot was a few mins later ... BUT time is going by really really slow!

Conclusion: Sweating is fun for me but badluck for Tom, reducing my fun

this challenge is so great. every session is 300 hands and ends with someone storming off in anger. more mindgames than fischer v spassky.

FTP website says JM won $337k over 2852 hands. Basically they just played one of those Pokerstars Superstar Showdown things where JM won 8.4 BI which is still bigger than any swing out of the two matches on Stars.

When Durrrr runs hot he books a small win, when JM runs hot he crushes, that's been the theme of the match so far.

Didn't durrr run how and win back 650K? Yes he then lost a ton back to Jungle when jungle started to run hot but still.
