Thanks.
You got just about the perfect river. Otherwise the flop raise is awful and I'd be calling down here very light as villain if the board didn't run off so badly.

Wishie, some further input would be nice, would you make the flop and turn bigger so we can bomb loads of rivers seeing as we're deep?
08-05-2010 , 09:21 PM
why are you putting so much money into a board where you have nothing decides fold equity?
08-05-2010 , 09:32 PM
It's 25nl, why are we even getting frisky on this board vs this kind of player in the first place?

He is never calling this turn with a hand he intends to fold with on practically any river except for this one and even then he has a ton of straights and full houses in his range.

fwiw regs at 25nl are prolly the easiest ppl to push around in all of poker (if u do it right)

i tend to let myself get pushed around a bit. but i dont feel like i need to play back with weak holdings or run big bluffs (except in prime spots) because i feel like it can be easily beaten just getting value out of big hands

Yes, to a point ... (coming from a nit)

GG thursday, I give, but only because there is only 5 minutes left. Add 3 more BI to the below EV total.

The main reason I think people should use a stoploss though is because they aren't honest with themselves. They make a bad play and say "OH, Im running so abd" then they keep playing and lose more.
Can't afford to stop playing =(
Plus it seems like I switch gears in a good way when I'm down (oh, f, I better pay attention now and find every sb of val!), but this doesn't reflect too well in regards to how often I'm autopiloting when I'm up. If you play more hours than me and don't autopilot much, you are a better man than me.
08-06-2010 , 12:50 AM
Yeah, I know it was an oldie, but was enjoying it at the moment.

BTW, during the stoploss convo, I dropped 3bi and realized I was playing like ****. I stopped for 15 minutes, dropped down, won back almost all of that in like 1/2 hour, and moved back up and raped poker, finishing the day +4bi. So definitely glad I stopped for a little bit.

brky, before i pay for this time bank butler, can you confirm it works faultlessly?

also will it work with my mods?
08-06-2010 , 12:59 AM
TN and FT Cash were screwing up w/ diff mods I'd had. I would click a button like 4 times and nothing would happen. This is great. It clicks the time bank perfectly and doesn't have any issues.

I'm not sure if you've seen my layout - but I've got my chatbox off the screen and my betslider on the bottom left of the screen - just to the right of where the chat would be.

it works fine.

ok brilliant

ive timed out so much over the last week or 2 of moving to full tilt where i was used to tn on stars timebanking for me, this will be a godsend.
