cash games are different than they used to be.

Everyone like 99 tables now even at 200nl. And sometimes it's simply the battle of the wits. I can't tell you how many times I've been BE or up 1-2-3 buyins and then just simply lose emotional control for 2-3 hands within a 5 minute span. Then boom! you're down 600dollars vs being BE or w/e. Aggression is exaggerated, and when you're playing 6,8, 12 tables it sometimes feels like guys are being aggro when their not or w/e and the aggression or thinking you're being played back against is usually simply a by-product of mass tabling.

I fold AK now. I fold a lot of hands now. I float less. I have less crappy tendencies. I do bluff more than I used to, but they are smaller and they make more sense than they used to.

And I don't really go on rage-tilt anymore (thank god). I wish I was more of a life-nit so that I wouldn't tilt for 2-3 hands every session.

What I need are some sweat sessions. I think that'd help a lot. What kind of microphones do you guys use? Would something like this be the best?

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...232&CatId=4192

Or do regular microphones not usually get feedback

ohhh i forgot to include this one in my last post

I can't help but think how infuriated he was at me

(obviously was planning to bet every river that doesnt hit me)

completely agree with you, even when i'm 5tabling, theres a 10hands period that will more or less define my session, its pretty crazy
