dont shove. unless you have a read he is a drooler. this could be result orientated because if he min raised a 2 pair he is going to get it in to a shove.

But given how wet the board is, and how deep stacks are. I much prefer getting the money in now. Tons of turns that mean we need to fold, or at beat kill our action vs lower/2pair/overpair hands.

tbh at 2nl it might just be better to open jam flop

he's gonna have a flush here very often i feel, any timing tells on the turn. if they time down they always have a flush, and if they snap they never have a flush i find. i'd i think it's pretty close but prolly a fold now

I been having internet issues from Comcast. Had gotten d/c'd a bunch throughout the session for a minute at a time for every instance. I got c/r by this reg who calls 4% from the sb. But I got d/c'd right as the river got c/r. So I had to clicked call just so I wouldn't timeout as I immediately lost connection. It saved me some dollars on this cooler, even though I knew his range was boat or quads I was going to shove til the d/c. 6 times a technicians been out to my house and they can't get it fixed. URG.

yep, nit up 200 hands at nl200 and then "move down" to nl100 in order to fool howard and avoid doomswitch.

swiiftx: I dont think you are getting called by worse if you raise. You are basically protecting nuts imo

may be in a multi-way pot. you should call flop, because you absolutely crush their ranges so hard that you want more dead money in the pot when you take it. you could decide to flat turn and be ready to re-evaluate the turn depending on the card.

all the hands you crush will usually fold to a c/r on the flop unless he has a monster like a set,2pair,overpair. those hands will usually keep betting later streets and will still get your money when your flush hits against this range.

your c/r looks so strong multi-way. it is harder for you to be bluffing, and you force out a lot of their draws which you may even fold their TPGK, and FD which you have crushed and can always stack or take more money on future streets. you fold out a lot of your value, and get called by hands that still have a lot of equity against you

also the CC could definitely be on a draw and be willing to put more money in the pot when bet to again on the turn.

i think you should flat flop, and play a turn. despite how wet the board is. you still have the nut re-draw =]
08-25-2010 , 01:31 PM
fwiw Im prob folding 89 in UTG's shoes if swiiftx raises and continuing with like TJcc and sets (and not being too happy with 88).

Essentially you are turning your lolstrong hand into a bluff (to bluff off aces and twopairs) and you have sick equity against both. What I said about protecting nuts is nonsense obv, Idk why I wrote that.

that said, playing whiffed turns and rivers without initiative may get tricky (you may be forced to c/f some rivers and maybe even turns if they both want to continue I think), so I'd consider donking flop/turn
