the hard thing it. it is hard to get value from your premium hands when you 2bb the button
Higher stakes players are 2x and 2.5x'ing their button opens as a standard, now that there is so much 3betting going on at AP's 10NL and 2NL (I'm sure the 25NL tards are still nits) I think it's much more effective, they just spaz when I open 2x with aces anyway, either 3betting too small or too big, the thing that I like the most about it is that any 3bet size is awkward so I get to **** with the light 3betting noobs before they even make their raise and I am only risking 4 to win 3.

Do you get a monthly $15K freeroll with rb.com? I get it through raketherake as long as I rake $100 during the previous month, it's a fairly juicy freeroll with only 600 to 800 people playing in it.
08-23-2010 , 03:19 AM
did you email your rb provider?

You shouldn't be dropped like that.

Can you get RB at FTP?

Bluffing those limped pots.
08-23-2010 , 05:34 AM
I can rep a 3 pretty well, this was the same 80/25 from the second KK hand where he stacked me for 200bb, the flush misses and he pots river, I was hoping I could just build a pot and then get him off it if no diamonds come through, I'd be 30bb/100 if I didn't do these things.
08-23-2010 , 06:47 AM
I've been 3 betting this villian pretty much every orbit so now hes calling with a really wide range and trying to outplay me OOP. With the board low and coordinated I figure he'll end up playing his hand faceup & I'll be able to steal if he shows any weakness.

The turn is really weird and confused me, so naturally, I called.

By the river villians hand looks like a sad overpair with no spade, a weird 9 w/no spade, or some spastic donkery with no spade.

It worked but should I just fold the turn?
