So while you are consulting lawyers, polling the patrons of the bar in question, and everyone you ever met thats been in a fight, my drunk friend and I are out the door with no problems.

lol doran - I asked my roommate because he's been in more bar fights/street fights than all of us in this thread put together.

I just forgot about till just now.

So good luck in your future bar fight endeavors. TR us on how that works out for you.

can you reach supernova or supernova elite by the end of the year
08-09-2010 , 09:48 PM
what do you mean? at only nanomicro? would still make supernova pretty easily.
08-09-2010 , 09:51 PM
making SNE at those stakes is impossible

if you move up to 25nl or 50nl and still 24 table, is supernova elite attainable

maybe at 50, but it would take a start to finish effort probably. it would be really hard to play that volume of hands at 50 without losing tho imo. at least for me anyway.
08-09-2010 , 09:57 PM
that would be a pretty sick prop to try and make sne without playing above 50
08-09-2010 , 09:59 PM
fml, forced break ups are really the worst
08-09-2010 , 10:01 PM
hey DCI wat is ur VPP per hand at 5nl? if its not impossible then it is close to impossible, probably something like 10m hands a year
08-09-2010 , 10:02 PM
lol pretty sick dci. just wait till you hit NL50 you gonna get team online status. volume > skill in the eyes of pokerstars

Backstory?

---

I'm looking for a thread / post I remember reading a while back, maybe you guys know what I'm talking about.

There was a guy (I feel like it was Ooohjoy who posted this, but I searched his name and it didn't come up so maybe not?) who talked about poker as a job, and how it's a lot more difficult than a "real" job. i.e. you go to work in a real job and you get stressed out because you don't want to write up a report whereas in poker you have to deal with $X downswings and we face a real problem with losing money at an occupation that is supposed to make us money.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Link me if you find
