Hes supertalented imo, can be close to a top player on the league, but hes been a little bit slow and spewy (if that term can be applied to football ) , like losing the ball on easy passes/dribbling too much , so hes been on the bench last match (and his sub was the man of the match )

plus hes likely to stay on the bench when riquelme comes back from his injury i guess.

When he was at Villarreal, he seemed like one of those players who are amazingly talented, but just didn't know how to channel it into performing week in, week out, on the big stage, whether it was lack of a certain attribute (pace as you say), or just not having the mentality to know what to do at the correct times. Quaresma is someone who's a fine example, an amazing talent, but he just didn't know what to do with it. He's worked under some amazing managers and coaches, but no one can get it out of it, it seems like in Turkey, he seems to finally be enjoying himself and doing well at the same time.
