The thought of blackjack scares me, I am totaly tilted and there is no chance I will play, so I'll be fine. I will put down the $25 left in my account + $30 or so rakeback that I get on the 15th on blackjack after I move $200 to stars for 5NL, that will be when I officially retire from that game.

Crazy that on poker forum anybody suggests -EV decisions...Isn't whole point of playing poker to make +ev decisions? Not sign of good poker player if he's playing games you will lose in long term.

these spots come up in Rush quite a bit, i don't know what it is but it seems like i make sets more often and villains make sets more often in Rush and therefore i see tons of set over sets making me uber paranoid. Yesterday i made a set on the flop and full house on the river but only called river after the A fell on the turn and it was the one time this nit spazzed with like 4s6s.

Theres waiting lists of 4+ and only 5 tables running. No one starts tables.

im pretty sure if you wanted to you could have a bigger edge betting Blackjack than betting anything else

You cant count cards online, so its always going to be -EV, even with perfect strategy.

blackjack=rigged to suit the house imo, unless u have watched 21 and understand wtf those boys were at with all there card counting, and with more than 1 person in the table taking part in the count..........

i used to count cards btw, practiced it at home on my computer using a software program that would throw out different boards and scenarios and quiz you. but it takes any fun out of the game.

counting is not difficult, many people think you actually have to count all the different cards falling, which you don't other than to assign a -1 or +1 or 0.

the most difficult thing is that you have to actually play perfect strategy and if you don't you can tilt the odds the wrong way. also a bad counter is hugely +ev for the casino since what you are doing is increasing your bets when the count is in your favor. and if it's not really in your favor...
