fwiw Im prob folding 89 in UTG's shoes if swiiftx raises and continuing with like TJcc and sets (and not being too happy with 88).

Essentially you are turning your lolstrong hand into a bluff (to bluff off aces and twopairs) and you have sick equity against both. What I said about protecting nuts is nonsense obv, Idk why I wrote that.

that said, playing whiffed turns and rivers without initiative may get tricky (you may be forced to c/f some rivers and maybe even turns if they both want to continue I think), so I'd consider donking flop/turn

yea i agree that c/r a multiway pot on the flop shows a lot of strength. unless you have a crazy table image i think it is more +ev to call because you are saying i want to play for stacks multiway on the flop. pretty scary **** imo

Both ways are +EV I think, I just made the easier decision whilst it prolly wasn't maybe the most +EV. I just felt like utg(nit) had a KK+ and the mp had a draw and at the moment I wanted utg to fold and MP to call really. + I dont feel that comfortable playing OOP on that board even with the NFD.
