Send him an official letter that says he has breached the agreement set forth by ebay on sold goods (assuming you bought it on ebay), that he has stolen property from you and you have documented proof, that Blizzard will lock the account, etc.

The smartest thing to do is say that you're going to take the law into your own hands on a public forum so that when you do break the law there will be no record of you stating your intentions.

There are several ways. If he's a 15 years old kid, u can threaten him with legal actions that the police will come to his house etc and he'll get scared to death. If he's not of that caliber, then put on a scream mask and wait outside his house.

Ok then same story except instead of his parents he will just call the police directly. I mean really you are the one who is ****ed here because he has Blizzard behind him such that they are always working to get the account back to its original owner. If they find proof that the account was sold they'll just lock it entirely and you're both ****ed. So I'm pretty sure your chance of ever getting this account back is like 15%.
